Thanks for this website. Keep up the good work. I especially like the comparison between minimum wage in actual and adjusted dollars. And the guidelines for unpaid internships are helpful. Personally, I think the unpaid internship thing is a huge abuse of college students. At the very least, give them the lousy minimum wage (which is a very small amount) for the time they spend in your place of employment trying to either learn the business or give perspective to a business. A business should consider interns potential “credits to the industry” and should not take advantage of them by suggesting they work or train for free.
