The construction of SUNY New Paltz’s new science building has come to a halt due to contracting issues at the state level, according to the State University Construction Fund. Vice President of Finance and Administration Michele Halstead said more information about the future construction of the building, taking place on the campus’ west entrance on the corner of Route 32 and Plattekill Avenue, will be released as it becomes available.
