Co-Curricular Transcripts for SUNY NP

This fall, the SUNY New Paltz Office of Student Activities, Career Resource Center and Records and Registration office have partnered in creating a “Co-Curricular Transcript” for students to track their extra curricular activities while attending the university.

For now, the transcript is only open to current second-year students and as they progress towards graduation the program will expand to all students with second-year status and above.

Through my.newpaltz.edu, students will receive an official campus-verified transcript that will document their involvement in clubs, organizations and other activities on campus.

After filling out a “Campus Experience Enrollment Form,” students will receive verification via their student e-mail accounts and their activities will be organized into categories including: Campus Committee Membership, Community Service, Honors and Awards, Leadership Activities, Non-Credit Bearing Academic Experience, Performances and Shows and Student Government and Organizations.

The college will be hosting two information sessions on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. and Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 1 p.m. in  Student Union 62/63 for students who wish to learn more information about the transcripts.
