On Tuesday, Oct. 22, climate scientist and Assistant Professor of environmental studies at New York University, Sonali McDermid, will give a lecture highlighting how agricultural land management can disrupt regional climates and environments. The event is open and free to the public, and will begin at 6 p.m. in Lecture Center 102. The lecture is sponsored by the political science department, Environmental Geochemical Science, Environmental Taskforce and United Nations Association Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter. The Studley Theatre presents Innisfree Plays Mozart on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 7:30 p.m. The group members are Carole Cowan on violin, Susan Seligamn on cello and Sylvia Buccelli on piano.
