Our Planet, Our Future Lecture by Sonali McDermid “Food Production in a Climate, Changed”

On Tuesday, Oct. 22, climate scientist and Assistant Professor of environmental studies at New York University, Sonali McDermid, will give a lecture highlighting how agricultural land management can disrupt regional climates and environments. The event is open and free to the public, and will begin at 6 p.m. in Lecture Center 102. The lecture is sponsored by the political science department, Environmental Geochemical Science, Environmental Taskforce and United Nations Association Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter.
