May 1, 2020On Friday, May 1 SUNY New Paltz Student Activities and Union Services will host a virtual "Ab Lab and Legs" fitness class from noon to 12:30 p.m. This class is open to all levels of fitness. No materials are necessary. RSVP here.

May 4, 2020On Monday, May 4 SUNY New Paltz Student Activities and Union Services will host a virtual pilates class from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. This class is open to all levels of fitness and will strengthen core muscles, concentration, control, physical centering, flowing movement, precision, and breathing. May 11, 2020On Monday, May 11 SUNY New Paltz Student Activities and Union Services will host a Pilates session from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. The class will be done virtually and is meant to strengthen core muscles and increase concentration, control, physical centering, flowing movement, precision and breathing.
