    On Sunday, May 3 SUNY New Paltz Student Activities and Union Services will host virtual yoga from 3 to 4 p.m. Those interested only need a soft spot to sit. No other materials are necessary. RSVP here.

    Virtual Pilates

    On Monday, May 4 SUNY New Paltz Student Activities and Union Services will host a virtual pilates class from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.  This class is open to all levels of fitness and will strengthen core muscles, concentration, control, physical centering, flowing movement, precision, and breathing.     On Tuesday, May 5 Student Activities and Union Services will host a virtual total body conditioning class from 6 to 7 p.m. It is a home workout and all you will need are things laying around your house! RSVP here.
