    On Monday, May 11 SUNY New Paltz Student Activities and Union Services will host a Pilates session from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. The class will be done virtually and is meant to strengthen core muscles and increase concentration, control, physical centering, flowing movement, precision and breathing.
