Fund SUNY Rally

The SUNY New Paltz Chapter of United University Professions (UUP) and Radical University Professionals (RUP) will hold a rally on Oct. 28 at noon outside of the Student Union Building. This rally will discuss increasing the funding for SUNY in the 2020 state budget. The rally will precede a public hearing held by the New York State Senate Higher Education Committee in the Student Union multi-purpose room from 1-4 p.m. The committee plans to discuss rising tuition and other challenges to the accessibility of higher education.
