“Locations 101” Film Workshop

The Governor’s Office of Motion Picture and Television Development will host “Locations 101,” a workshop for film students, on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Honors Center in College Hall. Laura Berning, the organization’s location manager, will present a lecture followed by a Q&A session. The workshop will introduce students to location scouting and management, scouting tools and other resources. The workshop is free and open to the public.
