With myriad ways to express one’s self, poetry is still an encouraged and appreciated art form on the campus and within the artistic community at large. At New Paltz, there is group that takes poetry off paper. Megan Falley, a member of the Rap Poetry Music Club for three years explains why she uses poetry to express those emotions that sometimes can’t be told any other way.
