Snapshot: Main Street Musician

Street musician, 25 year old Jake, played his guitar on Main Street in New Paltz during September as he hitchhiked across the US. He thought that people who drove cars were likely to have money for tips. Several years ago in San Diego CA Jake learned to play guitar because he was hungry and wanted to buy a cheeseburger. Five minutes after this picture was taken New Paltz Police gave him a warning and told him to get off the street.
